Learning through music in early childhood is an incredibly effective way for kids to develop necessary social and cognitive skills.
Research has shown that musical experiences in childhood can actually accelerate brain development, particularly in the areas of language acquisition and reading skills, whilst learning to play an instrument can improve mathematical learning and even increase academic success in later years.
At Happy Hours, our children are encouraged in both group and solo events and are taught to identify sounds of various musical instruments learning via the media of song and enactment.
