Teaching Methodology

The Early Years Foundation Stage

With a rapid increase in the number of playschools in Bangalore mostly franchisee based, the pattern in education they follow is largely western based and they take pride in the same.

We at Happy Hours believe that although international methods in education bring freshness in the curriculum, it is very important to remember that our roots are Indian and our rich cultural heritage and traditional educational methods have produced visionary leaders in the past.

Traditional Practices At Happy Hours

Hence we have worked to infuse the best of both worlds in our curriculum to ensure that children take advantage of both. We are one of the oldest schools in India following an internationally acclaimed UK based learning method.

The EYFS is a framework for children set up in the UK that clearly prescribes the welfare and developmental goals a child must achieve upto the age of five in a nursery school. With a vast experience of over 35 years handing tiny tots, our teaching methodology has been perfected over the years to draw the attention of a child, keep his mind engaged and make learning creative and fun.

Blending the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) program and traditional Indian practices at Happy Hours makes our children bold, confident and ready to take on challenges.
