Sports can teach preschool children valuable life lessons such as dedication, leadership, sportsmanship, and goal-setting, putting them on the road to success.

Physical exercise at an early age not only promotes a healthy lifestyle, but also assists children in developing important life skills such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. Furthermore, participation in sports improves their coordination, motor skills, and overall health, which leads to improved academic success and emotional well-being.

At Happy Hours, children enjoy running races, lemon and spoon, hula hoops, adventure games, red light green light, toss and catch,   Junior athletics, Junior football, Basketball, Box cricket etc. The annual sports day is celebrated in a grand manner in the 10,000 sqft play area with parents participating with their children and enjoying the day.
